Do you cover betting odds or match predictions?
No. This site covers tactics, player development, coaching, and fan culture, not betting advice or odds. Anyone looking for wagering content should look elsewhere, that is simply not what we write.

Mostly professional and academy football, with regular pieces on grassroots and youth coaching as well. We try to write about principles that hold at any level, not just top-flight tactics.
Because some advice that sounds right in a coaching manual does not hold up once you watch enough real matches or training sessions. We would rather say that plainly than repeat generic advice for its own sake.
When a piece is actually ready and worth publishing, so the gap between articles is not fixed. Everything we have published stays readable in the blog archive, and pieces get dated updates when the advice in them changes.
We are not currently taking outside submissions, but readers are welcome to reach out through the contact page with corrections or story ideas.
Some outbound links are commercial in nature and this is disclosed in our editorial policy, but it does not change how plainly we write about something that is not working.
Mostly Callum Ashworth, who coached at semi-professional level before writing full time, though player development and youth pieces come from Priya Nandakumar and fan culture pieces from Dario Bianchi.
Write to info@iw-kaiyun.com and ask. Questions that arrive more than once usually end up as an article, and the ones that arrive often end up on this page.
