When you will hear back

We reply by email only, usually inside two working days. There is no phone number, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.

Where we have to say no

We cannot recover an account for you, act as a go between with a third party service, or give advice tailored to your personal circumstances. IW Kaiyun publishes general information about football tactics and culture, and the legal notice explains where that line sits.

If we got it wrong

Quote the line you think is wrong and say what it should say instead. That is enough. The editorial policy sets out what happens next, including when a correction gets a visible note.

Before you send it

Two sentences of detail save a week of going back and forth.

1. Say what you need in the first two sentences. Background afterwards.
2. Give the exact page address if your message is about something we published, plus what you expected to read and what you found instead.
3. Add the browser and device if something looks broken, and a screenshot if you have one.
